CARF® standards require that most documents be reviewed on a regular basis. The review term can be monthly, quarterly, annually or as needed.

Email reminders ensure that responsible personnel are notified when documents are due for review. In addition, key personnel may be notified, should the document not be reviewed, on time. Designed to ease the survey process, documents are easy to organize, locate and review. A single report detailing all review dates can be provided to your surveyor.
