How do I delete a User Profile?
A user profile may be terminated but it cannot be deleted. The system keeps this information for historical reporting purposes.
To terminate a user;
- Click Administration
- Click Add/Modify Users
- Highlight the user by clicking it once
- Click the Terminate Button
