A Critical Incident Report was entered with an incorrect location.
To change the location on a critical incident report;
- Click Management
- Click Critical Incident Reports
- Click Critical Incident Report: Individual Review
- Locate and click once on the incident report you need to reclassify
- Click the Reclassify Report Button
- Select the correct location from the dropdown box next to Incident Location.
- Click Submit Button
