A staff member did not get all the trainings taken before the time frame ended and the system won't let them take them for last year.
The system cannot back date trainings.
You can utilize the Training Schedule in the Administration section to add a due date for the user who needs to take the training now. Once they have completed the trainings, you can remove the schedule.
The trainings can also be downloaded from the Document Section and be taken also.
- Click on Documents
- Click on Accreditation Now Template Policies and Procedures for Download
- Scroll down to Group Five: Training
- Click on A. Electronic Training Hardcopies
- Download and print the trainings needed
- Remove answer keys and allow the individual to take the training(s)
