Absolutely! Here's a simple way to do so (example is for a PRP)
- Person 1--(Program Director/Administrator)-go through all ASPIRE materials--1.A. Leadership through 1. F. Financial Planning and Management, and also 1K. Rights of Persons Served through 1. N. Performance Improvement.
- Person 2 (Office Manager/HR Director)-go through all HR items (1.G. Risk Management - 1.I. Human Resources)
- Person 3 (Rehabilitation Specialist/Clinical Director)- goes through all clinical materials. So, (1.J. technology, and all of section 2).
