Why aren’t both series 1 and 2 available? Do employees need to complete the Series 2 training now? When I added the list of training for them only Series 1 were available.
Series 1 and Series 2 are designed to be taken on alternate years. They contain different information on the same topics. On your Annual Review Date, the current series will move into archive and the alternate series will be available. It doesn't matter which series is taken first, so new-hires, may begin with either series.
