What are the security settings in the User Profile used for?
Read Compliance Reports - Allows staff member to review all anonymously entered corporate compliance reports. This authority should only be given to corporate compliance officers and each organization should have at least two corporate compliance officers entered into the system.
Resolve Compliance Reports - Allows a staff member to enter investigative information as a response to an anonymously entered corporate compliance report. This authority should only be given to corporate compliance officers.
Review Compliance Resolutions - Allows a staff member to view investigative information that has been entered as a response to an anonymously entered corporate compliance report. This authority should only be given to corporate compliance officers.
Receive Compliance Emails - Allows a staff member to have an email sent to them when an anonymously entered corporate compliance report has been entered into the system. This authority should only be given to corporate compliance officers.
Read Critical Incident Reports - Allows a user to view all critical incident reports that have been entered into the system. This authority should only be given to critical incident officers.
Resolve Critical Incident Report - Allows a staff member to enter responses to any critical incident reports that have been entered into the system. This authority should only be given to critical incident officers.
Receive Critical Incident Report Emails - Allows a staff member to have an email sent to them when a critical incident report has been entered into the system. This authority should only be given to critical incident officers.

Administer Client Satisfaction Survey - Allows a staff member to create/maintain client passwords that can be given to clients so they make take surveys online. Allows the staff member to sign in and allow a client to take the survey online from the organizations premises. Also, is required in order to view client satisfaction survey results.
Administer Community Stakeholder Survey - Allows a staff member to view Community Stakeholder Survey results.
Review Job Descriptions - CARF requires that Job Descriptions are reviewed once a year. Staff members with this option are allowed to review job descriptions for staff online.
Update Job Titles and Descriptions - Allows the user to add and modify positions (job titles) and job descriptions.
Manage Personnel Training – Allows the user to schedule trainings and, complete and issue training certificates.
View/Update Regions – Granting permissions to view Regions information requires user to also have permissions to view all locations, including locations for sister companies.
