When you click the Login Button, there is a link that says "Forgot User Password? Click here". If you click that link or Click here you will be taken to a screen that will allow you to enter your email address or user id and an email will be sent to you allowing you to reset your password.

The email sent will also include your User Id at the top of the email. Typcially, your User Id is not your email address.
