How do your products help with CARF® accreditation?
Our materials consist of documents, tools, and resources designed to meet the administrative and clinical CARF® accreditation standards.
One of the products we provide are sample policies and procedures typically found in organizations that meet the CARF® standards. These are designed to specifically include the requirements of accreditation standards; however, they are generic samples and organizations will need to adapt and modify them to fit the special characteristics of their organization. These policies and procedures contain a reference to each subsection of each standard that they address.
Additional products include sample documents that provide an overview of how an organization may meet a standard in terms of format. Our “written plans” are such documents, as they provide best practice examples of planning documents required by the standards.
Our tools and training resources include a web-based:
-Corporate compliance reporting and investigation system
-Critical incident reporting system with reporting database
-Employee feedback/satisfaction survey with reporting database
-Community Stakeholder feedback/satisfaction survey with reporting database
-Client feedback/satisfaction survey with reporting database
-Job Description entry and reviews by both staff and management
-Interactive training system that covers basic and ongoing training for all employees required by the accreditation standards.
-Allows for entry of customized trainings and reviews
