Accreditation Now has multiple surveys available for our subscribers. We have paper copies that can be found in our document section and electronic versions that can be taken online. Our survey reports can help an organization to isolate which groups might be having trouble understanding services offered or have trouble understanding the assessment process, etc.
The critical incident reporting system allows for staff members to enter critical incident reports online. When an incident is entered, the critical incident/safety officer will be notified via email that a report has been entered. Date and times of the incident, the incident entry and the incident investigation (along with any follow ups) will all be saved to assist in ensuring timelines are being met.
Our CARF® trainings come in both paper and electronic form. Your staff can take the trainings online and a record will be kept of when the trainings were taken and passed. Staff members will be notified when trainings are due and also receive reminders when they are getting close to set deadlines.
CARF® produces a new standards manual on an annual basis. Accreditation Now provides an annual report that identifies and explains the changes, provides suggestions for meeting the new standards and identifies documents which may require updating, saving your organization hours of research time.
